Gene - Great info for those considering a reverse mortgage. These are not simple loans and one needs to really know whether or not this is for them.
Donne: I talk to many regarding Reverse Mortgages. I write only a few loans. Many times there are other products or choices available that just are a better fit and smarter financial option. Only when the "shoe" truly fits, do I proceed with a Reverse Mortgage.
