Yesterday I wrote a post on AR containing information about the great low interest rates we are seeing currently. I urged within that post, that whether you were a present homeowner or someone entering the market for the first time ... NOW was the time to pick-up the phone or contact your professional lender to find our what opportunities existed for you. NOW was the time to take action, step-out of your comfort zone if need be, and ask serious questions about your present loan ... or if buying could be in your near future.
I also sent the article regarding the low rates and my plea for action to my Chicago Bancorp database and linked into it on a few other social media sites ... and DARN! If I didn't get some immediate calls and responses!
Maybe the timing was ripe for this low interest rates message. Maybe it was the message's plea itself. Maybe it was coincidence. Maybe a combination of all three? But whatever the reason, the response was clear and the action I called-for was taken ... and quickly! It was just amazing!
The reasons for each caller contacting me were different. Each had their own issues they wished to discuss, but I was so very happy and proud of them for making their call. In each instance as a result of their contact, actions are already being taken to improve their present financial or lending situation. Again, actions taken are varied ... but it is action all the same.
Because of each contact's willingness to reach out to me ... positive changes will occur and positive results will be realized at some point in the very near future. Willingness is a huge part of this equation!
Each contact I received was solid, verifiable proof that my plea ... my call to action, is worth listening to and considering no matter your current housing status ... or over any preconceived notions you may presently hold. Whether immediate in nature or further down the road, positive results can be the outcome from your doing so!
So at risk of sounding like a broken record ... (or as in the Seinfeld sketch, "Yadda Yadda Yadda") ... I'm going to reiterate my message contained within yesterday's post ...
Pick up the phone! Write that email! Text that message! Stop by my office!
Just DO SOMETHING to get the answers you need for the questions bouncing around in your head! Take action to fix or improve any issues your presently have. Do not hesitate out of fear, avoid it because of embarrassment, or procrastinate. These rates and the opportunities they bring will not last forever. The sooner you act .. the better. The sooner you act ... the faster your results will be realized.
GO DO IT NOW!

Donne: It's the way you HOPE it works out! This message (IMO) is extremely timely. I'm hoping anyone that sees it gives a qualified lender a call. Everyone benefits when we act on this!
Thanks for the wishes ... you and hubby have a good one too!

A preacher once told me when doing a sermon, "You tell them what you are going to say, you say what you to say, then you tell them what you just said." Repition is good.
Russell: Thanks so much for the great photo and stopping by! It's much appreciated!
Gene: Good analogy! Sometimes repitition is the only way to get a message across. I think my personal background as a father helped me learn that!! Thanks for stopping by.
