On August 6th, Romeoville High School (Romeoville, IL) will be offering 
Sports Physicals for the upcoming 2011 - 2012 school year to its' student athletes on a first come - first serve basis.
These Sports Physicals will be offered between the hours of: 8 am to 11:30 am.
Interested student athletes should go to the school located at: 100 N Independence Boulevard in Romeoville.
Signed Parental Permission Forms must be submitted at the time of the physical. Permission Forms are available at the Romeoville High School's Athletic Director's Office.
The cost for the physical is: $25.00. Credit Cards or Checks will NOT be accepted for payment. The physicals will be conducted by local Romeoville family practice physicians and orthopedic surgeons, nurses, school athletic trainers, and Newsome Physical Therapy staff members.
