What grade does your lender earn for accessibility??
If that mortgage lender is me, I'm hoping you think an A+! To keep-on earning that grade, I've started my own website, www.genemundt.com. I have a blog there, but I contribute to other sites too. All add to my accessibility.
For my clients' and referral partners' convenience, I have an email address. Easy one-click Contact Forms. Personal eFax number. Have my own QR code (very popular now). I Skype. Facebook chat (and have my own page). Google+. Have a SmartPhone.
I write and receive texts continuously throughout my day. Can now include photos with my Tweets. Link on LinkedIn ... BranchOut ... MerchantCircle. Even the age-old business card. I link to everything I can to make for fast and easy accessibility. In other words ... you can find me everywhere easily ...
In today's world, accessibility is all-important. So I go back to my question ... what grade do you give your mortgage lender??
Accessibility is something I try to project as part of my image and marketing. Maybe it's old-fashioned. Maybe it's a bit boring sounding, but I want YOU to know without a doubt that I'm accessible.
And accessible in a variety of ways, through a variety of means, during a variety of hours. In fairly extended hours. On days when others might not be. (I dare you to try and find some lenders be
